Depart Port Augusta and travel to Kimba, known as the ‘halfway point across Australia'. Continue to Pildappa Rock for lunch, then journey to the coastal town of Ceduna. Stay Two Nights: Ceduna Foreshore Hotel Motel (B/L/D)
Take a tour of the Ceduna Arts and Culture Centre, which provides skills, workshops, training, materials, a working environment and facilities for the creation of Indigenous art. Depart Ceduna and head to Point Labatt, where you may be able to spot some sea lions at one of the only permanent breeding colonies on Australia's mainland. Take a short drive around Point Westall before settling into the historic Streaky Bay Hotel for an overnight stay. Stay: Streaky Bay Hotel (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive along Whalers Way, stopping at a lookout over Lincoln National Park. Continue into the park itself, where you'll have the option to walk up Stamford Hill.
Later, travel to Boston Bay Winery to enjoy lunch in a picturesque setting. Established in 1984, the winery produces an excellent range of red and white wines due to its high-quality soils and cool climate.
This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner. (B/L/D)
