We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on Celestyal Discovery sailing the Greek islands of Mykonos, Patmos, Santorini, Rhodes, Crete, Kusadasi. The ship was fabulous, food plentiful and delicious, so much variety! The staff were exceptionally friendly. We loved it. The ports were great and for the most part enough time to do what you needed to do. We read more didn't book any onshore tours, just did our own thing and loved it. If I could pick a downside, it would be the time it took to get off at some of the ports, mostly though this was the passengers and not the crew who delayed the process somewhat. The shows in the evening were exceptional. Hannah at Global Journeys handled our booking and was fabulous to deal with. Very quick to answer any queries and the process super smooth. The sights and sounds exceeded my expectations and all on board seemed to be having a wonderful time. The coach driver Was excellent as was the tour guide. The hotels were of good standing in good locations.The hand made modern quilt museum at Paducah excellent and a ride inside the St Louis Arch amazing.

We recently completed an amazing Mediterranean cruise, and it was truly one of the best holidays we have ever experienced. From the moment we boarded the ship until the final day, everything was exceptionally well organised and enjoyable.

There were plenty of things to do on board every day, including live entertainment, music shows, relaxing lounges, read more informative activities, and excellent dining options. The atmosphere on the ship was friendly and welcoming, making every day exciting and relaxing at the same time.

The customer service throughout the cruise was outstanding. The staff were always polite, professional, and eager to help. Every crew member we encountered made us feel valued and comfortable, which added greatly to the overall experience.

The onshore excursions were unforgettable. Each destination offered beautiful scenery, fascinating history, and memorable cultural experiences. The excursions were very well organised, allowing us to enjoy the ports without stress or confusion. Visiting the stunning Mediterranean coastal cities and islands created memories that we will cherish forever.

The food onboard was also excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines and consistently high-quality meals. The ship itself was clean, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard.

We would also like to especially thank Global Journeys for their excellent customer service and assistance throughout the booking process. A special mention goes to travel advisor Grace Enchelmaier, whose professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made our travel planning smooth and stress-free. Her support and advice were greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to the success of our holiday.

The trip was organised excellently, starting in Washington DC, visiting Mount Vernon, then Williamsburg, Richmond , Shenandoah National Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the battlefield at Gettysburg, Valley Forge National Park and ending in Philadelphia. The tour guide, Patrick Neilson, was excellent. He was inclusive with all passengers, thoughtful read more and caring, a mine of information and both pleasant and amusing at all times. The bus was in perfect condition and Michael, the driver, was highly skilled in his job, coupled with a pleasing, polite and friendly manner. The accommodation at each stop was first class, with very good service. We have learnt a lot of American history on this trip, particularly the Revolution and colonial times, but also about the historic Civil War battlefield at Gettysburg. The trip was excellent and is highly recommended by us.
