The Canadian Rockies are Amazing! 1 , SA, Australia, Jul 2024
The Canadian Rockies and Inside Passage Alaskan Cruise have so many Wow moments - Banff, Whistler, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise etc. We travelled on the Rocky Mountaineer, where the staff were exceptional, but the equipment (aircon and microphone) were not. Lovely food, drinks and scenery. Then on the bus tour under Valerie's guidance and she was excellent. ...read more Well organised, personable and knowledgeable. So many beautiful stops. We liked having some free days so we could explore on our own together with the included activities. All of our group were nice and very punctual. Food was excellent and hotels all fine.

The Holland America Line cruise was excellent as well and we felt it was worth paying extra for a balcony cabin. The main negative was that we paid for pre and post accommodation with Emerald and after many many weeks, we were told they wouldn't provide it. So we had to book our own accommodation which by then had risen significantly in price. And no explanation. Georgie is an excellent travel agent and always responded very quickly. She gave us a great price too, thanks Georgie.
