Eastern Canada with Insight Vacations 1 , QLD, Australia, Aug 2023
We enjoyed the tour, our first with Insight Vacations in Canada and America. I feel that Insight Vacations standards have dropped - not totally but no airport pick up or drop off's, then a hotel change at the end. We paid months earlier, then came the notification about the change from a $700 night hotel to a $168 night hotel.
Great tour 10 , WA, Australia, Sep 2018
As a solo traveller I am Just back from 16 day Eastern Canada and USA tour with tour director Todd and driver Joe. I highly recommend this tour and we even had one lady who was doing it for the second time! Nothing was too much trouble for Todd and Joe who were both extremely professional. We had the added bonus of driver Joe's hometown knowledge ...read more of Boston.

Todd was a walking encyclopedia throughout the entire trip. I'm sure we were very lucky to have a really friendly group of people and I must commend Todd for very efficiently dealing with a medical emergency with one of our ladies whilst in Washington.

A useful point to note was the use of a free laundry at our hotel in Bar Harbour. The main purpose of the trip for me was to see the autumn colours but I think a later trip may have had a better show. There was plenty of colour but I did expect more (can't predict the weather) and a couple of our travel days were wet which didn't impact too much.

Although this was a quite long tour I would have liked more time in Quebec and with hindsight should have spent an extra couple of days in New York. I chose to return to Washington and spent 4 days trying to cover the Smithsonian Museums but barely scratched the surface. The tour did cover visits to most of the monuments.
WOW!!! Another great Insight! 7 , VIC, Australia, Aug 2018
There were many highlights of this well-structured Insight tour. Our tour guide (Howie Geib) both inspired and amazed us with his knowledge of the history and geography of our track around North America. His boundless energy was infectious, and his eagerness to go the extra mile to keep us safe and incident free was amazing. We are happy to highly recommend ...read more this tour of Eastern Canada and the USA (and Howie).
Terrific trip, good pace and great tour guide 3 , NSW, Australia, Jul 2016
Enjoyable trip and good group. Howie the tour guide was sensational, nothing was a problem and his patience and professionalism was outstanding.
A taste of north east Americas 5 , QLD, Australia, May 2016
Everything was handled with perfect smoothness, from the initial booking with Global Journeys, and the actual organization by Insight , to the wonderful care and entertainment given by our tour director and driver. It was all a class act. Our 16 day tour gave a taste of this large area and everywhere we went I want to go back to. Our time was organized ...read more well though, and we did see a lot. A lovely bunch of fellow passengers was the cherry on top.
A most relaxing and enjoyable experience 3 , NSW, Australia, Aug 2015
A great tour at a good pace. Interesting locations with considerable diversity. The tour director was very professional, engaging and a good communicator. The driver was professional and friendly and the coach always clean. These two made the trip. A most relaxing and enjoyable experience.
