Welcome to Rome, a glorious city filled with classic antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance palaces and baroque churches. Settle in before joining your Travel Director for a private visit to the Basilica of Saint Praxedes, welcomed by the Rector of the basilica. Everything about this tour was excellent. Coach was very comfortable, only 1 hotel in Rome was very tiny the rest were good. Tour guide very knowledgeable and caring. Insight Country Roads of Italy was a great tour, taking us to some smaller villages which were interesting. Belinda Richardson, the tour manager, was amazing, she had to deal with a some injuries and illness, but did it in a manner that did not affect the tour.
