Today you'll dock in Cadiz, an ancient port town on the Andalusian Atlantic coast. Take the day to explore Cadiz at your leisure. Or perhaps join an optional tour to Jerez to visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and enjoy a tasting at one of the city's sherry bodegas. (B/L/D)
Step into British overseas territory today with a visit to the unique location of Gibraltar. Discover sites at your leisure. Perhaps marvel at the Rock of Gibraltar, a limestone ridge measuring a height of an impressive 426 metres or stroll around the small town centre. (B/L/D)
After a relaxing morning of sailing, the afternoon is at your leisure to explore Malaga. Perhaps join an optional tour of this Spanish city, exploring historic sites including a Roman theatre, a 19th-century bull ring and the baroque-influenced City Hall. (B/L/D)
From Motril, spend the day in Granada, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Visit Granada's spectacular Alhambra palace and fortress complex, the final stronghold for Spanish Moors, which includes the Generalife summer palace and gardens, and Alcazaba fortress. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure in Cartagena. You may like to join a local guide on an optional tour to explore the influences of the Carthaginians, Romans, Visigoths, Arabs and Castilians on this port city. (B/L/D)
Today, embark on a guided discovery of Valencia's historic heart. Absorb vistas of gargoyles, Gothic churches and grand palaces as you walk through the alluring old streets. You have the day to see Valencia's modernist side too, including the City of Arts and Sciences complex and the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum.
