Regent Seven Seas Cruises require passports for ALL travellers for all voyages, regardless of guests' nationality and ports of call and countries visited. You must obtain and carry a valid passport to board a Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessel. Passport Cards or a copy of a passport are not accepted. Passports must be valid for six months beyond the conclusion of your cruise. Please obtain or renew your passports early. Consult your Global Journeys Cruise Advisor for documentation requirements for your cruise.
Blanket visas through Regent Seven Seas Cruises cover only Regent’s shore excursions, not trips that passengers decide to do by themselves. It is the passenger's responsibility to determine visa requirements for their cruise itinerary. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all required visas and travel documents prior to sailing. You will need to contact the Embassy (Consular Services) of each country on your sailing itinerary for specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees for your nationality. Regent Seven Seas Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise. Please advise your Global Journeys Cruise Advisor for information on required documentation.
To travel with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, infants must be six months of age as of the first day of the cruise. For voyages that have three or more consecutive days at sea, infants must be at least one year of age as of the first day of the cruise. Gueststravellingwith a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from Regent Seven Seas Cruises as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or any accompanying guests.
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and occupy the same suite as an adult 18 years or older. Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not provide for the care, entertainment or supervision of children except on select sailings on which the Club Mariner program is available. The Club Mariner program is designed for age groups 5-8, 9-12 and 13-17, and is supervised by specially trained counsellors. Please note guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Spa or Fitness Centre.

Please advise your Global Journeys Cruise Advisor of any special dietary requirements you may have at the time of booking. General dietary needs such as low salt or low cholesterol foods can be satisfied on board the ship just by speaking with the dining wait staff.
Regent Seven Seas will send your travel documentation via email approximately 21 days prior to sailing. You'll also receive via post a Welcome Letter with information on how to manage your booking and prepare for your voyage along with luggage tags to attach to your belongings once you have arrived at the embarkation port.
You can create a My Account directly on Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ website. Creating an account will allow you to review your past and current cruise reservations, save future cruises of interest, receive information, special offers and news updates, reserve shore excursions, make dining reservations, complete your Guest Registration Form and more. Details on how and when to do this will provided by your Global Journeys Cruise Advisor.
Dining reservations may be reserved online beginning 75 days before your cruise sails, or 90 days for guests eligible for Concierge Amenities. To do so, please create an account via the My Account section of Regent Seven Seas’ website and access the Dining Reservations link for your cruise via your Booked Cruises.
Guests may pre-book one dinner reservation in Prime 7 on voyages aboard all ships, one dinner reservation in Signatures on voyages aboard Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager, and one dinner reservation in Chartreuse and Pacific Rim on Seven Seas Explorer. Multiple pre-booked reservations in each restaurant are permitted only on Grand Voyages, with one reservation allotted per voyage segment. Guests may contact the Maître D' once on board to request additional reservations, if available. Compass Rose and Sette Mari At La Veranda do not require reservations.
Shore Excursions may be reserved online beginning 180 days before your cruise sails, or 240 days for guests eligible for Concierge Amenities. To do so, access the Book Excursions link for your cruise via the Booked Cruises tab in your My Account. Any 'Regent Choice Shore Excursions' reserved in advance must be paid for at time of confirmation using a major credit card.
Shipboard Credits may be applied toward the purchase of Regent Choice Shore Excursions, Executive Collection/Private Car Tours and Culinary Arts Kitchen Classes aboard Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor™. Shipboard Credits may not be applied towards pre-cruise spa treatments, casino advances, land programs, hotel packages or transfers.
The amount of personal baggage allowed on board is not limited, but airlines do have limitations so please check with your airline. The customary allowance per person is two checked pieces that must not exceed 107 inches (273 cm) when length, height and width measurements are combined. No single piece may exceed the three-dimensional sum of 62 inches (158 cm) and a weight of 70 lbs. (31.75 kg).
Attire ranges from Casual to Formal Optional. Casual wear consists of resort-style outfits; some examples are jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Casual wear is appropriate for daytime both on board and ashore. Casual wear is not appropriate after 6:00 PM, with the exceptions of dining at the Pool Grill or Pool Bar and on the final evening of the cruise. On the night prior to disembarkation, guests may need to pack their luggage early due to morning flights the next day. With this in mind, the dress code will be relaxed for dinner to Casual on the final night of every cruise.
Otherwise, the recommended on board dress in the evenings is Elegant Casual. Dinner dress for ladies includes a skirt, or slacks with a blouse or sweater, a pant suit or dress; slacks and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Sport jackets are optional. Casual wear is not to be worn at dinner, once again with the exceptions of while dining at the Pool Grill and on the final evening of the cruise. Ties are not required.
On sailings of 16 nights or more, Formal and Semi-Formal attire is optional on two of the evenings. On the two Formal Optional evenings, guests are welcome to dress as per the elegant Casual dress code or opt for a more formal choice of clothing including gowns and cocktail dresses for ladies; tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with tie for gentlemen.
Guests are not permitted to bring Drones on board for safety of other guests, as well as the welfare of the vessel; Firearms, weapons of any kind, ammunition, explosive substances or any goods of a dangerous nature; Irons/Ironing Boards and Steamers are not permitted on board.
Animals of any kind, except service or guide animals, provided the passenger provides notification prior to the cruise of their intention to bring such animal and agrees to take sole responsibility for any expense, damage, injuries or losses associated with or caused by such animal. Please advise us if you will betravellingwith a guide or service animal.
Personal grooming devices such as hair dryers, flat iron, shavers, curling irons, are allowed on board when used with proper caution. However, if such devices are determined to pose a hazard, they may be confiscated and returned the last day of the cruise prior to disembarkation.

Each suite is equipped with a personal safe with an electronic combination lock. Dimensions of the safe: 4 inches (10 cm) deep, 14 inches (35 cm) wide, 7 inches ( 17 cm) high. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is not responsible for any personal articles such as money, jewellery, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other items, which you retain personally or in your suite.
Business equipment is available, including fax machine and copy services. Fax reception is complimentary; fax transmission and ship-to-shore phone calls are available at standard tariffs. For a nominal fee, guests may send or receive email via computers on board. The only Adobe software available on board is Acrobat Reader.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers access to 3G and 4G LTE cellular connectivity on board provided by Wireless Maritime Services (WMS).
You can make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages and use other data services when the ship is at sea. You will be billed by your wireless service provider and calls or messages will appear as roaming charges on your bill. While connected to the Cellular At Sea network, international maritime roaming rates will apply. Please consult your service provider for detailed rates, cruise packages and service zones.
FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi is included in your cruise fare. One login is provided per suite, which may be used on one device at a time. The login may be used across a variety of devices, from smart phones to laptops. Guests sailing in Concierge Suites and higher, as well as Seven Seas Society members who have reached Gold level status and higher, receive up to four logins, four devices, per suite.
Wireless access is available throughout the ship, including most suites. Access is provided utilising satellite communication systems. Service and speed will vary port to port. Please be advised that bandwidth-heavy applications such as Skype, Netflix, YouTube and VPN are not included in our FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi plans. Streaming plans are available for a nominal fee.
If you are utilising a mobile device that accesses the internet via a cellular carrier's network (4G for example) instead of the ship's wireless access, it will be treated as if you were using your cell phone and International roaming charges will apply. Any costs associated will be billed directly through your cell phone provider, and not through the ship.
Laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your Stewardess. On board Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager, self service laundries including irons and ironing boards are located on select guest decks. Self service laundry is free of charge, with detergent provided.
The ships' currency is the US dollar and all charges made on board to the company shall be in US dollars.
Regent Seven Seas operate a ‘cashless system’. At the time of embarkation, you will be requested to register an accepted credit card. The night prior to your final disembarkation from the ship, a detailed statement of your shipboard charges for on board services and products will be delivered to your suite. All such charges must be settled in full by cash or accepted credit card (Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express).
Yes, you may purchase certain currencies from the reception. All on board foreign currency exchange transactions will be charged to your on board account. As Regent Seven Seas Cruises are unable to provide all currencies, most can be found within the ship’s terminal.
Each ship has a licensed and registered doctor and nurse for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges. The ships' medical centres are designed to provide medical care for certain temporary illnesses and accidents and are not intended or capable of providing ongoing treatment of pre-existing medical conditions.
For guests requiring oxygen equipment, an oxygen concentrator is the only form of oxygen equipment allowed aboard ship and must be provided by the guest. Regent Seven Seas Cruises' wheelchairs on board are for emergency purposes only. Please advise your Global Journeys Cruise Advisor should your need these services.
Gratuities are included in the cruise fare for all Regent employees. If guests feel strongly about expressing their gratitude to the crew, they are encouraged to make a donation to the Crew Welfare Fund at the Purser Office. This money is utilised for crew parties and events.
You can dine whenever, wherever and with whomever you choose during regular dining hours. In some of the alternative restaurants, reservations are required.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be limited to guests aged 21 years or older. However, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska and New England voyages not leaving U.S. territorial waters, guests between the ages of 18 through 20 may purchase and personally consume wine and beer only while on board and with the consent of an accompanying parent. Authorisation will be given only when the accompanying parent completes the Young Adult Alcoholic Beverage Waiver form. This form can be obtained and completed at the Reception Desk upon embarkation.
While sailing on select international voyages, guests 18 years or older are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages without having to complete the Young Adult Alcoholic Beverage Waiver form. Guests are kindly reminded to consume alcohol in moderation. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to prohibit and retain all liquor brought aboard the ship.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted in any enclosed dining area, certain public venues, elevators, the Theatre, and all suites and balconies, and is only permitted in specific designated smoking areas. The use of electronic cigarettes is allowed within designated smoking areas only.
Anyone who has completed a sailing with Regent Seven Seas Cruises automatically becomes a member of the program and starts receiving benefits right away.
The benefits of Seven Seas Society membership begin as soon as you complete your first voyage. You will be eligible for exclusive savings and special offers on future voyages. Earn one point for every night you sail and the more you sail with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the greater the benefits such as complimentary laundry service, phone time, and invitations to exclusive on board parties exclusively for Seven Seas Society members, and much more.
All full fare, on board nights from 1993 forward are included in the program.
