The Break Away   0 , NSW, Australia, Nov 2024
It was a great short break - everything was perfect from the booking in and cabin staff to the neverending quality food and wait service. I could not fault any of the staff involved that made our lives easy and restful. Disembarking was a breeze following the instructions and procedures. Will book again definitely.
Royal Caribbean Canada cruise   0 , Vic, Australia, Oct 2024
We really enjoyed our cruise with Royal Caribbean. Everything went hassle free from start to finish. The booking was made very easy through Georgie and there were no hiccups at all. We would cruise with Royal Caribbean again but would choose a cruise with more port stops.
Good   1 , Australia, Apr 2024
Can't complain about Rachael but extremely unhappy about not getting to New Caledonia. Hobart isn't quite the same. Rachael was always eager to help.
City of Entertainment on the water   3 , QLD, Australia, Mar 2024
Fantastic on Quantum of the Seas - with 2 teenagers in tow! So much for them and us to do. If we were on our own, we probably would choose a smaller ship next time as we were worn out getting to all the activities and we would travel when it isn't school holidays.! The evening shows were terrific and there were so many fun fun trivia sessions. Staff ...read more were impeccable and there was such good quality food of every description. They were extremely clean and germ conscious!

Our stateroom was good quality ship standard, but if you like a soft bed, ask for an extra bed topper! (I found out on our last night we could do this!) We discovered that if you book the tours through the ship, it costs more, but when it comes to the tender boats to go to ports, they got the preference. At Port Vila there was only 2 tender boats going back and forth which took 1 hr each - for 5,000 people!? Our tour was booked for 8.30am and we finally arrived at port and left for our tour at midday. (The tour people waited and arranged alternative for us (we were up at 5.30am to beat the rush!) They put 10 tenders on coming back onto ship. Other than that, well worth it! Global Journeys certainly made our travels easy with the way they handled our booking and documents -thank you Hannah.
Great cruise   2 , Australia, Jan 2024
This was a great cruise from start to finish. The booking process was easy. The port stops were great. The ship had a lot to do on board. The food was pretty good. Just the coffee on board could have been better.
First time cruise exceed expectations   3 , New Zealand, Jul 2023
This was my first cruise and it exceed my expectations. The facilities were top tier! I really enjoyed coming back to my stateroom which was great even without a balcony after a long day to relax. Royal Caribbean really know how to wow their consumers! Although I really enjoyed the cruise I most likely won’t go on a cruise peak season again as it felt ...read more really overwhelming with so many people and the weather was really hot. In saying this, I would definitely go on another cruise and would definitely book through Global Journeys. Tracey made my experience very easy and answered all my questions timely. The whole process was great!
Awesome first cruising experience to the Greek Isles     3 , Auckland, New Zealand, May 2023
Itinerary, ship, crew and weather were awesome! We came back hooked! We found it easy to deal with Global Journeys as the process was very user friendly and well structured. As it was our first cruise we didn't understand all the ins and outs about cruising, but Toni was always ready to explain or give advice. We'll gladly do business with Global Journeys ...read more again. Keep up the good work!

I have different surnames (last names) on several documents - is this OK?

What about inoculations and general health?

All guests must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for travel. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) provide guidelines as to which vaccinations are required in each country. In many cases inoculations are recommended but in some circumstances, they are required. Royal Caribbean recommend that you check with your GP for guidance.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

Yes. It is highly recommended all guests take out appropriate travel insurance policies once a reservation has been made.

Please note Australian Medicare, New Zealand ACC and private health insurance will not cover you for any medical costs or emergency evacuations on board, even on domestic cruises. It is your responsibility to select the most appropriate policy from an insurance provider.

Pregnant guests are welcome but cannot be entering, or have entered, the 24th week of pregnancy on the first day of their planned cruise or cruise tour. Each ship has a different storage policy; however you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.

What if I suffer seasickness? Should I cruise?

For any medical advice, please consult your doctor prior to boarding. Your location on board and proximity to the water can help reduce the effects of seasickness.
