Accommodation good, dinner at Sorrento left much to be desired, but the hotel was good. A big thank you to the other members of the tour, as I was quite slow at times, tagging along behind them. Snow sprinkled on the fir trees, and up the mountain side, coming out of the tunnel from Lucerne. A once in a lifetime trip, and special thanks to Sherry and daughter Ashley, who booked through Yvonne.

Generally the tour was very good and very well organised. Should have included some sight seeing in London, as there was no point going there without it. Consider drop off and pick up at Victoria station in future. The Tour Director was outstanding and handled the tour well, and the driver was excellent.

We had an awesome time in Europe! I was nervous of travelling single, however from the moment I requested a quote to ending the holiday, it was my best holiday decision. Yes you need a great coat and jackets but you miss the crowds and get up nice and close to all the wonderful destinations. My next holiday will be booked with Global Journeys, I would not use anyone else.

We would like to complement Hannah on arranging our Europe trip. Every step of the way our tour ran like clockwork. Being in the middle of their summer the weather was fairly warm particularly in Rome and Florence but it didn't worry us. Our Tour Leader was a wonderful Hungarian lady, Orsi, who has been working for Cosmos for about 10 years, so she was very knowledgeable on each place we visited and made everyone feel welcome and cared for.

The accommodation was of a good standard and included meals were good. The tours included and extra ones were all fun especially the Swiss meal and entertainment and the Switzerland Mt Titles mountain trip. We had a full coach of about 45 people. The coach was very comfortable and had very capable drivers. Our tour had a mixture of nationalities, ages, and a few families and we all got on very well. We cant wait to do something again in the future. Thank you again. Its hard getting back to reality this week!

Italy was beautiful and we will certainly do another tour around there with Cosmos at a more relaxed pace. The whole trip provided us with a taste of what each country had to offer, and both the included tours and optional tours took the guesswork out of what to do and where to eat out. We were in quite a large group of 45 with and a wide span of ages, and on the whole we got along very well. The last group dinner in Paris was a wonderful conclusion to a brilliant holiday. We look forward to planning our next one!

This is a pretty good tour flexible and well organised. The overall quality of food and accommodation was good except one of the hotels in Italy had really below average breakfast, hope something can be done in future.

Tour was very well controlled & organised by our tour Director Attila. It was on the the go as indicated but what we experienced was amazing. We saw some great places & enjoyed local hospitality. Our honeymoon was so full on, for a short period of time we have experienced an excellent taste of Europe. This tour (not a holiday as it is fast paced) provides a taste of Europe and only touch on places and landmarks. Well organised, everything was timed and managed to the last minute. Days were very long, early mornings, very short time at major attractions, and very little free time (not a lot of time for shopping!). Overall, a good tour for someone visiting Europe for the first time and/or someone who wants to see a lot of countries and destinations in a short period of time.

The overall Best of Europe Tour, it's inclusions and the manner it was conducted by the Tour Director, Local Tour Guides and Coach Driver was absolutely awesome; and most of all, my hubby and I were so lucky to have a wonderful friendly group to be with. In summary, I couldn't agree more on this, as the Global Journeys Experience is an 'Experience of a Lifetime'. The only drawback I'm experiencing at the moment is the jet lag, as my body clock is getting back to normal at a slow pace.

We had a fabulous time. The tour guide was excellent. The group gelled very early in the tour and had a wonderful time. We have some excellent memories.

We will definitely recommend Global Journeys to our friends and are already planning our next trip with you guys. The trip was managed professionally by our tour guide Alexandro. We experienced 5 hours delay at Dover because of bad weather. We lost our day 1 excursions / itinerary on the way to Brussels however, the rest of the trip was very well managed and we think we had a memorable and wonderful trip. As prewarned, some of the hotels were away from the city centre and a couple had fairly small rooms however at each location the tour director advised of alternatives on how to get around using public transport so my travelling companions happily explored each city. This whirlwind tour of Europe exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful time. I would be happy to recommend this tour to anyone who wants to maximise their time in Europe. These louts would have left me with a very different experience had they been on the tour I took.

The trip was comprehensive although very much a whistle stop it allowed me to see a cross section of Europe in a short time. The tour guide and driver were both excellent and I felt cared for. We had an outstanding time from the moment we left the Hotel in Hammersmith until we returned to the hotel in Chelsea. Alina, our tour guide was so good in many ways and Luiggi our Bus driver was also excellent. Will certainly recommend Cosmos and will look to travel with them ourselves in the future.
