The service from Grace was exemplary as was the Royal Princess cruise. Our cabin was exactly what we wanted, just the best outlook.

We had a wonderful time in our cruise. Princess staff are super friendly and professional. Lots of Variety of yummy fresh foods from Dining Room to the buffet. Our cabin were sparkling clean always. Entertainment were amazing, I definitely will cruise again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Wow, first time on a cruise and I have to say, it was fantastic. Princess made everything really easy, walking up anywhere for a drink or food, they were able to identify you. All of the staff were fantastic and friendly. The food, accommodation, drinks and entertainment on board really did exceed my expectations. Thanks for a great trip team!

I really should have done my homework on this cruise ship. I’ve learnt a lot about what to look for in a cruise. This cruise ship was not for us. Personal opinion though. It did improve the following 10 days with other guests coming aboard that were younger. I’m now fully clued up on which cruise lines cater for what age group. Every days a school day. Due to the elderly population the activities were catered around them. I found the activities repeated themselves and not many to choose from. The evening shows in the Princess Theatre were too loud, and I had to leave a few shows because my ears were hurting. I was not alone. The Cruise Director was aware of it and advised they had fixed the volume but there was little difference. The quality of the shows were average. I think I enjoyed three of them.

The food was varied and there was something for all tastes. Though I wished I could of shown them how to make mash potatoes and custard. Both were low standard and almost not edible. They nailed the roast meats, they were brilliant. If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy you can forget the dessert bar. I lived on jelly the entire cruise. I wasn’t going to miss out on dessert. 😂 The staff were divine.

The rooms perfect for what you need. Beds super comfy with awesome soft fluffy pillows and the doona cosy. The shower was clearly designed around a 5 year. It’s tiny. You can’t bend in it. So shaving legs, forget it unless you stick your leg out and put your foot on the toilet lid. The laundry was awesome. It’s where I found a duck. I was extremely disappointed when the only two ports I was desperate to visit and were solely the reason I chose this cruise we were unable to disembark due to high winds. No fault of the cruise company but extremely disappointing as I’ll never get that opportunity again.

Dubrovnik and Mykonos 😔 I didn’t enjoy Tunisia and Kotor. We had professional photos taken on the last night offered. Rookie mistake. Our photos were terrible. Even the Manager agreed and gave me two digital ones for free if I paid for two printed ones. There was literally only two worth purchasing. It is wise to have photos taken throughout the whole cruise and by different photographers. That way you have many choices and the photographers have different skill levels. We learnt the hard way. For those of you cruising for the first time, they have a crew appreciation fee. Where they charge your room $17 per person each day. I’m assuming the money goes to top up the staff wages. That’s another $680 you are charged on top of gratuity and the cost of the cruise. It certainly adds up. Don’t forget the drinks and wifi packages. Which we did not do as we just couldn’t afford it.

Island Princess Cruise is perfect if you want a small ship, a handful of activities, enjoy meeting older people, and looking for a very quiet relaxing time. Unfortunately that was not what I was looking for, and came away disappointed. As I previously mentioned, I should of researched it better.

Booking online with Georgie has aways been a delight. She is very attentive to our wants and needs. Responding with alternatives and giving us options. Our trip went without any issues and we enjoyed exploring different cities throughout our journey. Thank you for support and will definitely book through you again.

For people with NZ & AU electrical devices please consider packing an adaptor plug with usb ports. The cabin attendants will provide the loan of an adaptor plug but it won't have a usb port.

We both loved the cruise. Highlights included, meeting nice people, the food and more food. My partner couldn't get away from his job 😂 logs at every port. The entertainment was great and movie under the stars 🤩 Room was cleaned twice a day. Staff super helpful.

Global Journeys were very helpful. Most ports were enjoyable visiting with Dunedin being a very pleasant surprise. Very disappointed missing the Milford Sound because of a threatened storm in the Tasman Sea.

Global Journeys provided a stress free booking experience and communicate well. My husband and I enjoyed the 20 day Adriatic and Aegean Explorer cruise on Princess. So we booked an independent shore experience online, kayaking around Dubrovnik, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Next time I would research more active onshore experiences.

All these lodges are quite remote with beautiful gardens, cosy rooms . The view is spectacular especially the one in Kenai, it is very romantic with mountain, Kenai river and the wooden fire in each room. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. I loved it so much and wished that I could stay longer. On our southbound cruise ship from Anchorage to Vancouver wa beautiful although quite old. Staff were friendly and nice. Food was delicious, plenty and varied every day. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Ports stops were relaxing with plenty of time to explore. We enjoyed many entertainments on sea days or relaxed by the window to see the scenery.

The Princess cruise around the Mediterranean has exeeded our expectations. The Sun Princess is a great ship and we could not speak highly enough of the staff. We enjoyed all the ports of call and the shore tours organised through Princes cruises were well organised and great value. Definately the best we cruise we have ever taken.

First time cruise and enjoyed every minute. Princess cruises are well organised and the cruise went according to plan. Great food and on board entertainment was entertaining. A very relaxing 7 days and the scenery breathtaking.

Amazing scenery that you wouldn't see anywhere else in the world, towering snow-capped mountains, and huge glaciers absolutely wonderful would recommend it to everyone.

The entertainment was fabulous, the meals were delicious and our bed was extremely comfortable! ...read more The itinerary included quite a few at sea days (one stretch of 4 days and another of 5 days) however the entertainment was ramped up so you never felt bored. We enjoyed the ports-of-call and had a mix of ship-booked excursions and doing it alone. The ship's excursions were very pricey and the main comment we heard was that they weren't worth the money.

Great way to travel back to Sydney from Melbourne. We were quite impressed with Princess Cruises. Fantastic shows, food and service. Well organised and loved talking to lots of different people at the shared tables which were always available at different times. You need to book at all restaurants if you want to sit with just your party.

Last minute decision for a cruise from Sydney. Having been well served by Global Journeys on our last NZ holiday and having cruised with Princess in Europe, it was an easy call.
